Okay, so this week I started Focus T25 by Beachbody and it’s exactly the change I needed! I’m in love with these workouts but, for different reasons than the 21 Day Fix.

Like the 21 Day Fix the workouts are super short but, pack a huge punch! They are just 25 minutes long! Who doesn’t have 25 minutes! Seriously, who doesn’t?

This workout is not a lot of weight training but more about agility, focus and cardio. It was just the “change-up” I needed! I’m a firm believer that you need to change-up your workouts, ever so often, so your body works different muscle groups and doesn’t get “stuck in a rut”. So this change-up has been great. In the past week I have dropped another five pounds! Yes, you read right 5 LBS baby! A total of ten pounds since I started this amazing journey 88 days ago!  Woop woop!


The reason I share my stats is because, I want you to know these programs work! Like I have said before, I have been in the fitness industry for 15+ years and never have I ever, been so pleased with results. The best part about these programs is that you can do all of them in the privacy of your own home and they are short, sweet and to the point. You can wear whatever you want, you don’t have to wear makeup and you can sweat all over the place, all the while not feeling self-conscience about every move you make.

But, as we all know when we are alone sometimes we don’t push ourselves as hard but, that is where your accountability challenge groups come in. When you are apart of these groups you want to push yourself because, you know you have others cheering you on and help you when the going gets tough. While doing these workouts you really need support because, these workouts are tough. No pain, no gain as my five-year old says. I don’t know if that’s a good thing or bad thing that she says that. Hey but, she knows how to workout. She sees mama and daddy everyday living a healthy lifestyle. We aren’t perfect but, we want to pass the knowledge of nutrition and a healthy lifestyle to her and her brothers. Do you want to do the same? Our bodies are temples, that God gave us to take care of, why not start now!

So with that being said, I have an accountability challenge group starting December 1, just in time for the holidays. No one wants to gain weight over the holidays but, we all want to eat our favorite treats. Yum, my weakness is pecan pie! (I’m coming for ya, Barbara!)


That was a long pause for a quick dream about pecan pie!

The point I am trying to make is that I will indulge in my pecan pie, in moderation of course. But, I will continue to workout and do the 21 Day Fix Accountability Challenge group with you. It starts December 1 and will run through December 21. It will start right after Thanksgiving and end right before Christmas! I promise after the 21 days you will want to keep going because your results are going to be A-Mazing!
