I get asked often what we eat and what my grocery list looks like. Although I do not buy these items every single week, these are staples we keep on our list all of the time and we keep our fridge and pantry stocked with these necessities.

Hang that myth and excuse up, cause it does not work here my dear!
As you can see, I do not “break the bank” eating clean at all!
- When budget is low, there is no shame in buying frozen veggies and fruits.
- When budget is low, there is no shame in buying non organic fruits and veggies but, YES there is a BUT!
BUT, make sure you avoid buying the Dirty Dozen veggies and fruits non-organic. Always, Always, Always buy the following produce organic if you are buying fresh!
