I am a huge fan of coconut flour recipes, but sometimes coconut flour recipes leave you with a little too much coconut taste and not enough fluffiness. Are you picking up what I am putting down? Some recipes can definitely be left for undesirable when it comes to coconut flour recipes, but this one has to be one of my faves.

These brownies taste “normal” or non-Gluten Free, if you know what I mean. Top it with your favorite non-dairy ice cream like vanilla coconut ice cream or Halo Top Ice Cream and voila deliciousness you cannot resist.

Hey, by the way, you are welcome for the Halo Top Ice Cream shoutout! OMG, to die for! Not kidding! Halo Top is not all the the way allergy friendly, but well worth a look if you are Gluten-Free and Sugar-Free. Oh, and it’s high in protein!

Okay, so back to the brownie recipe…..
