It is finished, I have completed the 60 Day PiYo Challenge! Woo hoo! Can’t believe it has been 60 days!It was a challenge but, a well needed challenge! I am stronger, I am more confident, I am toner and 5 pounds lighter! Can I get a woop, woop!The best part about this challenge was not only the results but, the people I have met during this process. I had a complete support system through my Facebook group and I can now call all of them my friends. They were my team mates and held me accountable to my workouts and eating habits!I hope you have enjoyed reading about my PiYo Challenge and I hope in some way it will inspire you to develop healthy habits into your everyday life.
