  • 1 can (15 oz) fire-roasted tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (10 oz) red enchilada sauce
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 can (4 oz) fire-roasted diced green chiles
  • 2 cans (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) fire-roasted corn, undrained
  • 1 container (32 ounces) chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp. of cayenne
  • 1 Mexican Flavor cube
  • 1 lime fresh squeezed
  • Seasoned salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
