I am one of “those” people who buys Girl Scout Chocolate Thin Mint Cookies and hoards them. I stick them in the freezer and pull them out like a little school girl and dare anyone to touch me or my cookies. If you ask for one, you just might have a limb removed by yours’ truly! No really, I am kidding! But, seriously I love these things and since I have been on my new health journey the thin mints have had to go and I have ceased from chasing down the girl scout for a pack of cookies. So I have had to resort to a healthier approach and this shake is the bomb! It has been a staple this Summer.
- 1-2 cups of water
- ice
- 1 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology or Chocolate Protein Powder (make sure it’s RICH chocolate)
- 2-3 drops of peppermint extract or 1 drop Peppermint Oil
- 2 Tablespoons of Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
Directions:
- Blend
- Serve
- ENJOY!
