Do-It-Yourself All-Natural Feminine Wash for Everyday

Okay, if you are a guy you may want to turn around right now. We will be talking about something that may not be a subject you want to talk about. So with that being said, if you are related to me and still want to read, remember you have been warned and thanks for loving me anyway.

The subject needs to be addressed, it is something every woman thinks about! Feminine hygiene products and a healthy hoohoo! Some body washes and even some feminine washes are too strong for your sensitive skin and vaginal area. So, I went on a mission to find an intimate wash that was gentle, not expensive and actually worked. I could not find anything on store-shelves that met my criterion, so I went on my merry way and found a recipe to DIY for the best PH balance.

Not to mention, a friend of mine reminded me that most women hate buying this wash on store-shelves. Well, because, ya know, oh the horror and embarrassment!

ATTENTION, ATTENTION: Feminine odor on aisle 9!

The original wash came from One Good Thing By Jillee, but I adapted it to fit my needs and likes.

  1. Add all ingredients to a glass jar with a foaming pump dispenser. Swirl to blend.

How to Use

  1. Pump desired amount onto your hand and apply. This cleanser is so gentle that it doesn’t need to be rinsed off.
  2. It can also be used as a hand and body wash as well! Use it for the kids’ bath time. I will never tell them what it was originally used for (your secret is safe with me). The possibilities are endless!
  3. NOTE: Only use this on the outside of your vagina.

More Tips

  • To break down vaginal odor even more, cotton underwear may be the way to go from now on. Cotton undies help the area breathe and so the odor-causing bacteria will stay away.
  • Excessive cleaning is never the way to go when it comes to a healthy vagina. Keep the PH level and natural vaginal flora in tact. If you over clean you may interfere with the healthy bacteria and it may have a reverse effect and your efforts may be null and void.
  • Make sure your toilet paper does not leave a trail or lint behind. Or if it does make sure you clean that area thoroughly before leaving the restroom.
  • Make sure you wipe front to back to keep a urinary tract infection away and other harmful bacteria or bacterial infections.
  • if you use panty liners be sure to change them out frequently so you do not rub yourself raw or have any unwanted vaginal dryness.
  • Try to stay away from a bubble bath is you are prone to urinary tract infections, vaginal irritation or unpleasant odors.
  • Please remember this is not medical advice. Please ask a doctor before using this intimate cleanser or if you have any problems or concerns.

This gentle soap will leave your skin soft and the best part is…… it is allergy friendly! This wash paired with a great DIY Mask and/or Epsom Salt Bath would make for a great self care act tonight! So do it lady, you deserve it! It is great for the entire body and a good option for your kids too! When my kids were little I especially made it for their bath times too. It was gentle enough for their sweet baby skin too! Why, not?! Right! In my opinion this is the best feminine wash around and it is very versatile.
