I have to start with one of my favorite bible verses that reminds me my Heavenly Father has this.
Ephesians 6:10-18

As you pray, simply pray these scriptures over others. Here’s an example:
God, my child is hurting. The words her friends spoke were so mean. Your word says no one can be against her. (Romans 8:31) Help her feel that today. AMEN
