So, I have been on the 21 Day Fix for 11 days and I feel fantastic! I mean fantastic! I loved the Beachbody PiYo program but, I really am loving the 21 Day Fix even better. I am loving it for many reasons.

  1. Just 30 minute workouts everyday! (Who can’t spare 30 minutes everyday!)
  2. Anyone at any level can do these exercises, men, women or any age!
  3. All movements are super easy and easy on your joints.
  4. All of the exercises can be done in a small space, no need for a huge workout room.
  5. It’s hard but, fun!

The nutrition plan is super easy too! Just like with all Beachbody workouts, the 21 Day Fix gives you a nutritional plan to follow. It’s easy to follow and comes with these nifty BPA-Free measuring cups (pictured above) that can also be used to carry your meals elsewhere. Makes for easy meal planning. But, what I really love about this program, along with all Beachbody programs, is this is not a diet or a fad. It’s a way of life. Eating well and working out is a way of life, so it doesn’t involve any crazy diet, just good old fashion eating what God gave you to eat! The 21 Day Fix makes it easier to prepare meals and snacks on-the-go. It’s a great program to teach you how to eat well, if you are out of practice. Don’t forget, it also teaches you how to incorporate Shakeology into your healthy eating plan. Have I told you how much I love this stuff? Well, I do!

The 21 Day Fix comes at a very reasonable price compared to some of the other workouts. Along with a good pair of shoes (I wear these), you are all set. Hardly any money spent!

I usually don’t get this excited over workouts! Okay, well I do because I am weird like that but, this one really is a winner. I would tell you if it wasn’t the greatest, I promise! Healthy living is a way of life, set your mind to it and you can do it! I promise!

By the way, want to hear about my results after just 11 days? I am down one more pound and four inches! Not so shabby, huh?!
