I get the struggles of being pulled from all aspects of life. But one thing I have learned on this motherhood journey is the importance of giving back to ourselves.

You cannot pour from an empty cup, mama! You cannot take care of everything and everyone around you without taking care of yourself first.

I want to give you the tools mama! The tools that can make you a better mama, a better wife and a better friend to everyone around you! The tools that can help you get up every morning to feel confident, encouraged and empowered. These tools are not new, they have always been there, but I can show you how to make them work in your day-to-day life.

I want to show you how to feel better, look better and have more confidence in your everyday life. I want you to be healthy through your mind, body and spirit. And guess what? I have the tools and the knowledge to show you how to make that happen!

I have teamed up with my friend Sara and we have taken all that we have learned and now want to teach you how to do the same! We know first hand how motherhood can take a toll on your mind, body and spirit. No fault of your kids, of course! But, the struggle is real! Through exercise, proper nutrition, EFT Tapping and Essential Oils we have found the motherhood bliss that has made our motherhood walk so much more fun. We enjoy our kids more! We enjoy our bodies more! And most of all, we enjoy life more!

1. EFT Tapping (or Emotional Freedom Techniques): EFT has given me such freedom! It is absolutely amazing and has helped my whole family.

2. Essential Oils: EOs are not just for “smell goods” or “ailments”, it can also help with emotional health too! They have been a God-send to my family and I!

3. Proper Nutrition: Okay so this is not anything new, but I believe proper nutrition can heal ailments, fatigue, anxiety, depression and the list goes on and on.

4. Exercise: This one is huge, but the awesome part about exercise is that you DO NOT have to spend endless hours in the gym. You do not have to wear yourself out in the gym! With the proper plan you can get the body you want in less time than you have been taught in years past.

4 Key Elements to Getting Your Life Back As A Busy MamaIt wasn’t until I started healing my own body that I began that journey of self-wellness. I had to heal my mind, my body and my spirit. I knew the extra weight I carried wouldn’t come off until I stopped the worry and stopped the self-doubt. I knew the anxiety wouldn’t go away until I faced my own demons. I knew I had to make a change somehow, someway so I could be around for my family for years to come. My physical and mental health were at it’s lowest. My anxiety and depression was in full force. My body was rundown, the body I had trained for so many years was just a distant memory. I wasn’t eating well and I felt it.

I knew a change was near and it had to happen NOW or I was going to be miserable for the rest of my life. I was already dying inside. I took my years of nutrition and fitness knowledge from my career and started diligently diving in and creating a holistic lifestyle for myself that really worked for my family and I.
I am proud to say these days I am A LOT healthier and happier. I exercise, eat well, practice self-care and use essential oils every single day to maintain my lifestyle. My relationships are better, my attitude towards life is better, my anxiety is no more and I am at a healthy weight from proper nutrition and exercise.
